MAJOR UPSET.....Murray/McTague beat Steedman/LaFontaine!! You got it right!
McTague shooting out of his ass and Murray playing like he was possessed, beat Jerry and
Hal. It came down to the last hole but they did manage to do it.. Steedman played steady
but LaFontaine struggled and so went the match. There was no finger pointing because as
everyone knows this is a team united. They just shook it off and laughed and went in for
another beer. It took a valiant effort by Tom and Joe to even stay close let alone win, but
win they did. They earned it. They shot well (although over their heads) and won. Yeah
Hal and Jerry are no longer in first place but so what! Last year the hardly ever held the
top spot. Until it mattered. In the end. Don't count them out because of a minor set
back. McTague always brings his best game against Steedman. They have known each
other almost 30 years and McTague hates to lose to him. He knows Jerry is a much
superior golfer. In fact if you looked at this with handicap. McTague only tied Steedman.
He may have won the match but in their personal match (with McTague shooting his best)
he could only muster a tie. Murray wanted both Jerry and Hal and got his wish..NUFF
. SAID!

The Peerless Prognosticator did not fare real well this week. With the aforementioned
loss he also lost the rest of the matches. That's right! 0 for 5! That's the biggest upset.
No excuses.
If you are expecting an apology or reason, GET A LIFE! This is golf and
Stuff happens! If I went into detail there wouldn't be enough room for the rest of the
story. So we will move on and go to PUTTER PROGNOSTICATIONS!

Don't jump off the band wagon yet. The Peerless Prognosticator will be back! A rare
set back last week. But remember, many reasons could have been provided for the
unsuccessful picks, none were given. If you don't like them tough shit! The record stands
and is as valid as the truthful information contained in this publication. Take it for what
it's worth.

In this weeks matches you can go to the bank on the following:

Hebert/Marone vs J. Herbs/R. Roedel No contest! This shouldn't even be a match.
Hebert has not been playing to his ability and Marone, well, he just sucks. It is a good
thing that Tom just plays for fun, because with his partner he can't expect anything else.
But don't count them out yet. They are not the dregs of the league. They are running
close but, that distinction belongs to (are you ready) Dooley/K. Herbs. Talk about a
team that sucks. Anyway this week proves to be another ass whipping for
Hebert/Marone. Ron has not played to his expectations and Joe has played better then his,
and they are in the middle of the pack. Expect them to move up this week because of a
crushing defeat over Tom and Dan.

D. Roedel/Wanback vs Merry/Gardy It is getting so the most interesting thing to
watch in this league is who sucks the most. Roedel/Wanback will kick so much ass this
week that it will seem criminal! Merry/Gardy feel good because they won a match, but
against who?
Hebert/Marone. Big deal. Now they have to play against some real
golfers. Talk about the prohibitive favorite! It was Merry that kept that boat afloat last
week. How bad is it when you have to depend on the Yellow Submarine? This team
sucks! Even on Paul's bad side this will be a butt whippin. Merry/Gardy may very well be
back where the are most comfortable. On the Bottom. Bet'em Big on Don and Paul.

Rinella/Rinella vs Dooley/K. Herbs OUCH!! The current holders of the top vs the
current holders of the bottom. This is not even a fair pick. Granted, Ed has been hanging
on the coattails of his son Mike, but Ed can play, sometimes. Mike has been steady and
could relax a bit, that's when Dad will pick up the slack. They won't stay at the top all
year, but they will stay close this week if, not keep the spot. Kelly is gone this week and
relying on Brian to do the deed. Sorry Kelly, Brian sucks and will keep you at the bottom.
Rinella/Rinella crush this week. Novocain, Nitrous Oxide, or anything else will not dull
the pain of this one. Should be a huge win here for Rinella squared.

Kosek/Storms vs Steedman/LaFontaine Excuse me!! Storms will not be here for this
match and will hope to rely on a Sub if one is available. Russ, cannot, will not, be able to
handle it. Steedman/LaFontaine may very well vault back to the top. The only thing
stopping them from doing it is the cake walk given to the current front runner. Hal and
Jerry will cruise through this match. Hal's game could use some work and Jerry is not as
consistent as he should be but here it makes no difference. This has designs of being a
major ass kicking. Does anyone have a mortgage they need paid off? Opportunity only
knocks once. Jump it!

LaPietra/Laraway vs Murray/McTague Well, well, well. Laraway pulls his team out
of the dregs and Murray/McTague knock off the front runners. Who do you pick here?
Sounds difficult. Not really. Murray/McTague shot their wad last week in beating
Steedman/LaFontaine. Do they have two weeks in a row? Is a bulls ass pork? Is snow
green? Can Gardy get laid? NO Way!!! I understand that Clem will be back to hold Phil
down this week, but that doesn't matter. Murray/McTague will be on their backs quicker
then a two bit hooker. They shot their wad and may never be able to get it up again.
After all I have seen this year I never would have thought I would pick Phil and Clem.
After last weeks match and knowing how much it took out of the "giant killers" this
becomes and easy pick. Murray/McTague are back to normal and loosing. Clem may
even come through here. LaPietra/Laraway start their climb to respectability. Joe and
Tom start their fall to reality.
